I use integrative and traditional approaches to improve your self-trust, safe haven your body, and strengthen your self-efficacy. I work with everyone who’s ready to work. My best skill is the ability to connect you with aspects of yourself who are waiting for you to step into full self-empowerment and acceptance. That is integration, and healing flows from there.
