Finding a therapist in Omaha that best fits you and your needs can be challenging and overwhelming. You deserve support that truly fits you—and I’m here to offer just that. I am currently accepting new clients and have immediate, same week availability for both in-person and telehealth. I work with ages 13 to 60+ and enjoy helping clients navigate a variety of life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, transitional concerns, life changes, self-esteem challenges, and stress management. I am most passionate about providing LGBTQIA+ affirming care as well as working with women and college-age adults transitioning into adulthood. While I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, I ground my work in a strengths and values-based lens. My goal is to help you tap into what already makes you, you—your strengths, values, and inner resilience—to navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence. Together, we’ll work toward your goals and focus on what matters most to you.
