I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist who works with adolescents and Latinx young adults in NYC navigating anxiety, depression, and big life transitions—especially when family expectations, cultural values, and personal needs feel hard to balance. Many of the people I work with are used to being the responsible one, the strong one, or the one who’s “doing fine” on the outside, while feeling overwhelmed or stuck on the inside. Sometimes feeling torn between who they are and who they’re expected to be.
