I support individuals healing childhood trauma, past abuse, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance use. Many of my clients have spent years in a state of survival and are now finally ready for relief, understanding, and a safe place to heal and grow. Using IFS, psychodynamic therapy, person-centered therapy, and EMDR, I help you explore your inner world with compassion and at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to create lasting change. I specialize in trauma and substance use treatment with a compassionate, human-centered approach. I don’t see clients as broken—I see people who survived painful experiences. I help you process trauma, understand coping patterns, and build safer, healthier ways of relating to yourself so you can heal and feel more grounded and empowered.
