Welcome to my page! Life can seem so overwhelming, like you are all alone in figuring this out, and you can feel like you don’t even know where to begin to make changes in your life. Starting therapy is the first step in getting the help that you have been looking for. I will work with you to help you to have a deeper understanding of yourself and what you are going through. You will be able to express yourself and learn to cope with any challenges you face along the way. You will be empowered to be the person you want to be. I have experience working with individuals who have Anxiety, Depression, PTSD/Trauma, ADHD, and ASD. You don't have to do it all on your own! I work to empower you to become your best self. This is done by providing a safe, emphatic, non-judgmental, yet challenging environment to help you grow. This is a judgment free space where you are encouraged to be you and express yourself freely!
