I work with women who have experienced trauma, and who are struggling with challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, eating disorders, substance use, compulsive behaviors, or the stress of major life transitions, including parenting or career changes. My clients are seeking a safe, supportive space to process their experiences, heal, and develop practical coping skills. They come to therapy wanting to feel more present, regain a sense of control, strengthen their relationships, improve communication and cultivate confidence and well-being. Together, we work toward clarity, empowerment and personal growth.
