Are you looking for better ways to connect to others and yourself? I work with clients of all ages to explore ways to deepen their understanding of themselves and what they need. I support clients in determining what it is that they want by providing a safe and secure environment where they can process difficult and uncomfortable emotions. Clients are able to make peace with the past, learn to embrace and live in the present, and define what it is they want their future to look like. I take a neurodiversity affirming, compassionate and open-minded approach to collaborating with my clients to define their own goals.
