With compassion, warmth, and curiosity, I will help you sort through the messiness of life. Many of my clients are individuals or couples navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, health concerns, or life transitions. I have a special interest in working with women that are navigating infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum as well as couples riding the waves of early parenthood, finding themselves a bit lost within this exciting and sometimes overwhelming chapter of life that often brings a new identity, changed expectations, constant transition, and a lack of control (and, of course, sleep!).
