Have you ever thought, “Nobody will understand what I’m going through?” Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-isolation, or a negative internal voice? Are you feeling “stuck?” Though I will never know exactly what it’s like to step into your shoes, I will always do my best to appreciate your experiences.
