Greetings! Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. I have been practicing in diverse mental health settings for the past 11 years. I have worked with clients across the lifespan: children, adolescents, adults and seniors. I specialize in helping clients with depression, stress and anxiety, family conflicts; self esteem issues, trauma and abuse. I create a safe space that allows clients to be open and forthcoming in a non-judgmental environment. My approach to therapy is strengths based, solution focused ,holistic and supportive. I also value culture sensitivity and how it impacts therapy. My clients leave sessions empowered.
