Hello! I’m Ksenia, and I’m here to support you through life’s most challenging terrains. The journey toward emotional well-being can feel daunting at times, but with the right tools, support, and mindset, you can create a life that reflects who you truly are and discover new perspectives along the way. I work with clients living with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and unhealed childhood traumas. Our work may include somatic processing through Brainspotting and talk therapy, as we explore identity, self-esteem, personal values, and emotional balance—with a focus on healing past wounds, building resilience, and improving relationships.
