Welcome! I am Dr. Kshipra Jain and I have 12+ years of experience in the mental health field. I truly love working with immigrants/children of immigrants, racial/ethnic minorities, and queer and trans (LGBTQ+) folx. I may be a good fit for you if you are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief/loss, low self-esteem, etc. while navigating systems of oppression, sociocultural/political distress, interpersonal dynamics, childhood/intergenerational trauma, family conflict, life transitions, and work stress. During our time together, I hope to provide a safe space for you to process, build awareness, and grow.
