Everyone is subject to have problems come up from time to time. Seeking out help is often not easy, and especially from someone you don't know. The fact that you are on this page is a big step to take, and I commend you for that step. My focus is eclectic as A variety of modalities inform my work including; IFS, Attachment Theory, CBT, Somatic Therapy, EMDR, Narrative therapy, and more.
