My goal is to create a safe space to help to heal in a nurturing environment while finding balance through self-care, empowerment, and healing. With positivity provided to motivate self awareness and growth; while focusing on strengths and be guided, heard and understood to find who you really are and the capabilities you possess. With the vision of breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health and creating a sacred space for healing within the community.
