Kurt is a registered and certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist, a highly effective approach for healing trauma and building lasting resilience. He brings this specialized skill to his work with clients, creating space for deep healing and sustainable change. Kurt’s steady, compassionate presence is shaped by more than 20 years of service in the Marine Corps and his own path of growth and transformation. Since retiring from the military in 2021, he has redirected his sense of purpose toward mental health, offering the same dedication, clarity, and resilience that defined his time in uniform. I utilize various methods to help my clients become their best self, including EMDR, IFS, CBT, and other modalities. My aim is to help you work towards your goals so that we can get you back to living your best life.
