Too often people shy away from counseling, but you would be amazed by the positive impact it can have on your life. I am here to support and encourage you, not to tell you what to do. No one is exempt from problems, but how an individual respond's to that problem is key to resolving the issue and helps decrease symptoms such as anxiety and depression which may come with an unwelcome situation.
