I work alongside clients to navigate life’s challenges, foster emotional growth, and move toward greater personal and professional fulfillment. I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and groups across the lifespan, supporting clients with concerns such as anxiety and depression, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, work–life balance, parenting stress, and the impact of chronic or acute illness. I am committed to providing affirming, inclusive care for heterosexual, queer, gay, and lesbian individuals and couples.
