My down-to-earth, accepting approach creates a space where people feel supported and empowered to take on their most difficult challenges. I show up authentically, which includes some swearing and lots of compassion. I will not judge you, and with over a decade of experience, there's not much that would surprise me. I will teach you skills to cope with your immediate difficulties and help you find and heal what's under the surface, interfering with the life you want to live. Often times the only way out is through, but you don’t have to make that journey alone.
