My name is Kyla and I'm here to show you that being yourself and accepting things out of your control is how you get ahead in life. I specialize in Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACoC), but work will most diagnoses and life transitions. Life is chaotic, messy, brutal, yet unbelievably beautiful if you're willing to focus on the small things. I want you to feel confident in yourself and make needed changed to flourish and be the amazing, bad-ass person you can be. I offer a Person-Centered approach to therapy to help treat you as the unique individual you are with the help of Trauma-Informed care to build resiliency and overcome mental health symptoms. I get to the core of who you are as a person and your unique needs to better identify what coping skills can help and other tools necessary for growth and healing.
