As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, I know just how important it is to have a safe space where you can show up authentically and be valued for who you are. That’s why I’ve built my practice to be a soft place to land—where all parts of you are welcome, and healing happens on your time in your own way. I work with individuals navigating trauma, family/relationship struggles, life transitions and work with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities. With a warm and non-judgmental approach, I create a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I believe each client is unique and special and tailor my approach to provide the best possible care. I cannot wait to help you find clarity and reach your goals.
