I work with clients ages 18 and up looking for help managing anxiety disorders including OCD, panic, phobias, social anxiety, and health anxiety. I am also an ADHD Certified Professional (ADHD-CCSP) and enjoy helping people learn more about ADHD while developing executive functioning and mood regulation skills. I have worked in Chicago for 13 years providing therapy services in a variety of settings from inpatient hospital units, PHP and IOP programs, and outpatient practices.
