As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, supportive and healing space where growth can occur. I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating life changes, trauma, anxiety, self esteem challenges, depression, ADHD, and relationship issues. I believe that every person has the capacity for change and that they can build resilience, my role is to walk alongside you and help you as you rediscover your strength and grow your sense of self.
