Experiencing betrayal from a spouse's affair or pornography addiction, experiencing physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, or other painful life circumstance can be devastating and traumatic. You may find yourself struggling with daily tasks and relationships, having trouble concentrating, on high alert, disoriented, and feeling a variety of difficult emotions. You are not alone and there is hope for recovery and healing! I am part of a team specializing in working with people who have experienced betrayal and/or abuse. We offer individual, couples, and group counseling or coaching services and have an approach that addresses trauma, safety, and trust.
