As a clinician and second-generation Jamaican, I help couples (monogamous and non-traditional) build closeness and teamwork, families strengthen connection, and individuals find clarity in love, life, and purpose—especially men doing deeper work. I also support high performers who give so much to others but feel disconnected from themselves or their relationships.
