About
Helping people make lasting revisions to their lives through practical change-oriented work guides my practice. Through Jungian Shadow Work, I guide people to discover the heart of the problem, and build needed tools to confidently navigate life, toward the real and alive. This approach is especially effective when it's unclear how to straightforward "fix" problems, such as a midlife/quarter-life crisis, college struggles, those with trauma history, encountering disruptive transitions: divorce, death, career loss. My work utilizes the arts, dreamwork, mythology & building trust. Veterans, skilled-trades & entrepreneurs should visit. View 11 Photos Whether in therapy or consultation, I aid other clinicians in the practices I employ, such as traditional Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral and Family System's approaches, which also integrates clients' multiple intelligences, Typology (Myers-Briggs, MBPTI), creativity, literary/poetic interests, architecture, comedy, art, film, sand tray and photography.
