Life is short. If your life doesn't look the way you want, NOW is the time to change. For almost two decades, I have helped clients bring their lives into line with their goals. Being a therapist isn't just about giving a listening ear. It's knowing what to listen for and what to do with that information. It's understanding how the mind, body and soul work together and how we get stuck at certain points. Therapy is focusing that knowledge to create change. Change is a skill and therapy is the place you learn it. As a Licensed Professional Counselor my training has focused on helping people, particularly men, get unstuck. I have extensive experience helping clients with manage life transitions, address problematic drinking/drug use, break self-defeating habits and overcome blocks in their personal goals.
