I have a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling and I am registered with NY State as a Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor. My focus is on anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, finding one's path in life, and daily life stressors. I will help you determine your therapeutic goals and guide you toward those goals by guiding you deeper into yourself. I am an open-hearted and open-minded individual who believes there is more behind the scenes of life than we can possibly imagine. This belief has inspired me to learn and implement other healing modalities such as Reiki, and Shamanic Energy Healing.
