I also incorporate awareness of the body, which can help you connect to yourself on a deeper level. Working with both the mind and body can lead to more meaningful awareness, symptomatic relief, and transformation. While my clientele is diverse, I work particularly with men. From personal and extensive professional experience, I am well versed in the challenges that modern men face. I am uniquely positioned to help other men understand and challenge the confines of traditional masculinity. I also work with the LGBTQ community, adoptees, and adult professionals.
