I believe in the process of Psychotherapy and strive to encourage each of my clients to think of the setting I provide to them, as a safe space. I understand that dealing with unresolved issues can be a daunting task. Oftentimes a client's goals include resolving barriers in communication and reconnecting relational bridges/ties that have been severed. I work to help my clients manage their feelings and process their emotions while also assisting their families, to help them understand and learn how to assist their loved ones. We will work together to face those obstacles with strength and courage.
