So glad you've started this process and found yourself here. In therapy, you will find a dedicated space just for you, where I fully encourage, and want to see, your authentic self. Whether you are experiencing sadness, relationship concerns, anxiety, or difficulty with adjustment, the main goal is for you to grow, develop coping skills, and make new meaning out of your experiences, even in the situations which can cause great distress. We may work particularly well together if you're looking to explore your sense of self, identity, social justice concerns, trauma, and relationship challenges. Please note: I am OON in MA and VT
