I see therapy as a supportive partnership starting with the hopes and goals of the client. I am an LMFT specializing in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Level 3 trained with the IFS Institute in the US and England. I work with a variety of people wanting to use the IFS process for healing and getting "unstuck," satisfaction at home and work, and for personal growth. Familiarity with the IFS model can help, but isn’t necessary. I draw from family systems, narrative, body-based, and cultural/ecological perspectives in addition to IFS. I’m glad to talk to see if we could work well together.
