Hi, I'm Kylee Killian, a therapist passionate about working with teens and adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and life transitions. Alongside using therapeutic approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, I am also certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and take a trauma-informed, client-centered approach tailored to each person’s unique journey.
