Through mirroring clients’ vulnerability, I hope to create a safe space for individuals seeking guidance to create or reinforce their healing journey. I utilize mindfulness-based practices in trauma therapy and explore the impact of trauma on our bodies and minds to encourage healing and recovery. I integrate attachment-based practices, inner-child work, parts work, and Deep Brain Reorienting to promote an increased sense of self while cultivating self-compassion. I aim to help clients strengthen their mind-body connection to increase distress tolerance.
