I am a neurodiverse-affirming Licensed Professional Counselor and an Art Therapist with a background in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, complex family systems, ADHD/ADD, Autism and grief. I love working with people that are ready to make changes for healing and growth. Along with traditional talk therapy I have a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of identity and experience, and I create a sanctuary where art becomes the language of the soul-a space where colors, textures, and shapes transcend verbal communication.
