Being a human is hard. As a therapist, my goal is to take some of the weight off your shoulders and support you in creating a life that aligns with your values. I honor each person as the expert of their own experience and believe we all have an innate capacity to heal, grow, and thrive. I specialize in working with folks who are navigating a wide range of experiences: including trauma, anxiety, substance use, chronic illness/disability, gender exploration, and neurodiversity. I have extensive experience working with children, adults, seniors and families.
