My work with clients focuses on helping women heal from sexual assault and abuse. The female experience is unique and challenging in itself, even when life goes smoothly. When we encounter hardship or trauma, often related to abuse or gender-based violence, our experience, perception, and often view of the whole world shifts. Even our bodies start to make physiological accommodations to help keep us safe in response. As a therapist, I will help you discover a sense of safety, peace, and reconnection to your body and others, as you heal from past experiences, process difficult emotions, and create a life full of joy and purpose.
