Based in NYC and Beacon, NY, I work with people who find themselves in moments of transition—when something feels off, familiar coping strategies stop working, or life feels misaligned in ways that are hard to name. I believe symptoms and emotional struggles are not problems to eliminate, but meaningful expressions of something trying to be understood. My work is grounded in careful listening—to thought, feeling, and the body—and in curiosity about how early relationships and lived experience continue to shape the present.
