Hi, I’m Kylie! I focus on treating adolescents and adults living with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, substance use, trauma and related concerns. I apply a holistic approach to therapy practice, recognizing all aspects of each person, their past and environment in understanding their presenting problem and goals. My clinical experience entails work with early childhood through older adult populations suffering from mental health disorders, trauma, grief, substance use, codependency and chronic illness.
