I am a wife, a mother of two, and I love audiobooks. I have worked in both mental health and palliative care. I work best with those that struggle with depression, anxiety, OCD, and adjusting to changes (big and small). My time in palliative care provides me the ability to also work with those that are struggling to cope with their life limiting illnesses. It can be scary to face such diagnoses, but you don't have to do it alone. I always strive to work with each client as an individual, fostering their strengths and building healthy coping skills, insight, and empowering courage for change.
