My ideal client is someone who feels stuck—caught in cycles of stress, self-doubt, or emotional pain, despite their best efforts to move forward. They may be struggling with anxiety or going through a major life transition, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves. They are insightful and motivated for change, but traditional talk therapy may not have given them the depth of healing they’re seeking. They want to understand why they feel the way they do, and more importantly, how to shift those patterns—mentally, emotionally, and physically. I'm here to help with more than talk therapy.
