HAPPY 2026! Last year 2025 was one of hardest years ever for a lot people. During my 40 years in private practice I have learned how to navigate people through hard times and reclaim their happiness and joy! I work with individuals,couples and families at this adorable office downtown. Over the years I have had the great privilege of studying with some of the great minds in Psychotherapy. I have also been blessed with learning from the Tibetans and the Natives how to find happiness and compassion under stress.
