I enjoy working with adolescents and emerging adults looking to address anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and codependency/relational challenges. A big focus of mine is helping my clients foster a sense of independence and autonomy and learning how to foster healthy connections. I love working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I help people feel comfortable in their skin. We will discuss and work on accepting the messiness of the human condition. I focus on emotional regulation and interpersonal skills. I think it is important to take into consideration the outside world around us and address how racism, sexism, homophobia, and transphobia affect mental health.
