Let me help you unblock barriers to the life you always imagined! The greatest joy I have found in my work is seeing clients believing and overcoming to be able to enjoy their lives more abundantly. I want to take this journey with you and help to unlock all the potential that you have inside of you. As a clinical therapist I work with individuals, family, children, adolescents and adults. I specialize in depression, attention deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), body image, self esteem issues, life changes, and relationship issues. We all have challenges in life that leaves us stuck, but allow me to help you to overcome these barriers with you. I utilize approaches such as Cognitive behavioral/ Dialectical Behavior Therapy and solution-focused treatment.
