I believe that the most effective way to heal is in relationship. That is why my main focus is on creating a safe and non-judgmental environment for my clients to explore what it is like to take risks and be vulnerable in the presence of another. I know that I can only take my clients as far as I have gone myself, and that is why I continue to actively participate in my own personal therapy, healing, and addiction recovery work.
