I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I understand how difficult it is to ask for help, especially from marginalized communities; and seek to provide support to those of various backgrounds in navigating the different stressors we encounter in our daily lives. I am an empathetic, supportive therapist, yet also know how to hold the line when it comes to keeping us accountable! I operate using a holistic and strengths-based perspective, acknowledging the complexities in life and how it impact our day-to-day. I encourage clients to become their biggest advocates and to empower themselves to move forward.
