You don’t have to carry it all alone. So many people walk through life feeling unseen in their pain - navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or transitions without a place to fully exhale. My hope is to offer you a space where your emotions are met with care, your story is honored, and you’re reminded that healing doesn’t have to happen in isolation. I work with individuals, couples, and families, specializing in anxiety, depression, grief, infidelity, relationship challenges, trauma, and women’s issues. My approach is relational and emotion-focused, drawing from AEDP. I view therapy as a collaborative process and am committed to creating a safe, authentic, and compassionate environment.
