I'm glad you're here. I am here to help guide you through treatment to reach your goals. You know yourself best. I enjoy working with people around the issues of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and life transitions. The therapeutic modalities that I am informed by are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Crisis/Trauma Intervention, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I have trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Suicide Intervention, and First Responder-focused treatment. I am a certified DBT therapist as well.
