You don’t have to carry the weight alone. Many of the people I work with feel drained by anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, or the impact of generational trauma. Others long to connect more deeply—with themselves or others—after years of survival and disconnection. I believe we are all made of parts, each holding stories, emotions, and needs that deserve space to be seen and processed. In therapy, we meet those parts with compassion, creating room for healing, integration, and reconnection of mind, body, and soul. I specialize in helping adults, teens, and couples heal from trauma, substance use, generational patterns, anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. My holistic approach addresses the whole person—mind, body, and soul —so you can rebuild resilience, find clarity, and create healthier connections with yourself and others.
