Navigating the “in‑between” can feel overwhelming. I support middle schoolers, teens, college students, young adults up to age 30, and women moving through major life transitions. Many carry the weight of trauma, social pressures, identity shifts, or family conflict and are trying to make sense of experiences that feel tangled or heavy. I offer a grounded space to sort through these challenges, overcome obstacles, and move from fragmentation to clarity, building healing and practical tools to break cycles, strengthen relationships, and step into a more whole, empowered self.
