Hello, I’m Kyra Williams, a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey currently working toward my Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with a variety of behavioral health concerns. My background includes facilitating psycho educational groups and working in community-based settings, where I’ve helped clients strengthen their distress-tolerance skills and navigate life’s daily challenges.
